So I have successfully setup several slices thanks to the great articles on this site. I just moved computers and for some reason I seem to be having a problem with my capistrano and deploy file. When I execute anything with a sudo in the recipe cap just sits and does nothing. Eventually I have to kill the task with control c.

WHY DOES IT STALL. any ideas would be a great help. When I execute cap deploy:stop its fine , when i execute cap deploy:start same thing, but if i execute cap deploy:restart, it freezes
